The Sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce 1/2 cup
Louisiana style picante hotsauce 2tbsp
Oriental style picante salsa 1bsp
lemon juice 2tsp
Hot chili (cayenne pepper) sauce. 1/8 cup [can be substituted with cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce. but if using Tabasco sauce, then you can add less lemon juice]
Chopped Pineapple about 5 pieces (can either be from fresh or from the can)

2.5 tbsp pineapple juice
Bacon Pieces with grease (bacon pieces optional, but i like the added texture it gives the sauce) (about 1/4 cup bacon and 1tbsp grease)

First cook the hot wings in a pan with some olive oil, or your preffered cooking oil, on medium high heat until cooked throughouly and skin is lightly browned on both sides. Set wings aside.
And now in the pan with the remaining chicken flavoured oil, add Sweet Chili Sauce,
